Brazil’s Eucalyptus Invasion takes viewers to the front lines of the fight for land sovereignty and environmental justice. Filmed during an international STOP GE Trees Campaign delegation to Brazil in 2023, the documentary follows the voices of Indigenous communities as they confront the expansion of industrial eucalyptus plantations and the growing threat of GE Trees.

A Darker Shade of Green: REDD Alert and the Future of Forests, a 2012 documentary, highlights Indigenous Peoples and other forest-dependent communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis. As policies and programs to Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD) and to enhance forest carbon stocks (REDD+) continue to expand, these communities raise their concerns on the social and environmental consequences and how it fails to address the root causes of climate change.

Lacandona: The Zapatistas and the Rainforest of Chiapas immerses viewers into the rainforests of Chiapas, Mexico, where the Zapatista movement emerged as one of the world’s most influential struggles for Indigenous rights and resistance to globalization.
