This special edition of the Sojourner Truth Radio Show (aired Aug. 31) featured Doria Robinson, Executive Director of Urban Tilth; and Kandi White from Indigenous Environmental Network, an activist in the struggle against the Dakota Bakken Oil shale.
Both are involved in organizing the Solidarity to Solutions events and protests happening around San Francisco, CA in opposition to the Global Climate Action Summit hosted by California Governor Jerry Brown next week.
Robinson and White speak to host Margaret Prescod about the mobilization and climate justice issues.
The Sojourner Truth Radio Show airs daily on KPFK-FM radio in Los Angeles and around the world through syndication and online streaming.
