She is the Director of the UMass Lowell Climate Change Initiative, Associate Professor of environmental science at UMass Lowell, and a Research Affiliate with the MIT System Dynamics Group. In this interview with show host Margaret Prescod, Dr. Rooney-Varga discusses the negative impacts caused by using wood for bioenergy.
