International Women’s Day action by MST women destroys a FuturaGene greenhouse growing GE eucalyptus trees – one million clones destroyed (Bahia?)
La Via Campesina takes over the CTNBio meeting where they were going to approve the Suzano GE tree – the meeting is postponed until April. The trees are ultimately legalized, but never planted.
